
Integrative Body Psychotherapy for adults
Exploring new horizons through body awareness.
Possible topics for Integrative Body Psychotherapy are:

stressful situations, dealing with excessive demands and feelings of being overstretched

stress, exhaustion, burnout, depression

problems with self-assertion and self-confidence (e.g. difficulty to say no, difficulty to stand up for yourself, difficulty to set boundaries, general feeling of insecurity)

life crisis
I will gladly support you in your personal process with the mindfulness-based approach of Integrative Body Psychotherapy (IBP). In addition, I use concepts and exercises from dialectical-behavioural therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy and MBSR (mindfulness-based stress reduction). Psychotherapy sessions can be held in English or German.
Conditions:

hourly rate: 170 CHF including preparation and follow-up work

location: Psychotherapy sessions usually take place at my psychotherapy practice in Schaffhausen. At the moment I also offer online psychotherapy. For more information, please consult my online counselling offer.

cost coverage: Psychological psychotherapy is co-financed by the supplementary health insurance. Normally, a referral from the primary care physician is required. The extent to which psychological psychotherapy costs are covered varies with different supplementary health insurance providers. Therefore, please inquire directly with your health insurance company in advance as to how you should proceed and to what extent the psychotherapy costs will be covered.

cancellation: Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the agreed appointment. For cancellations on shorter notice CHF 100 will be charged. In the event of a no-show without notice, the full rate will be charged.

professional ethics: I am subject to a professional duty of confidentiality. As a member of the IBP Association and the Federation of Swiss Psychologists (FSP), I regularly participate in subject-specific training.
