My psychotherapeutic practice attaches great importance to data protection. Due to the legal obligations (professional secrecy according to Art. 321 StGB, data protection law and other federal and cantonal decrees) there is already a high level of legal protection. Your personal data are collected and processed in compliance with the applicable data protection laws and requirements.
My psychotherapeutic practice only offers its services in Switzerland and is aimed only at people living in Switzerland.
Collection of general data and information
A series of general data and information is recorded each time the website is accessed by a data subject or an automated system. This general data and information is stored in the server's log files. The following can be recorded: (1) the browser types and versions used, (2) the operating system used by the accessing system, (3) the website from which an accessing system accesses our website (so-called referrer), (4) the sub-websites that use an accessing system on our website can be controlled, (5) the date and time of access to the website, (6) an internet protocol address (IP address), (7) the internet service provider of the accessing system and (8) other similar data and information that serves to avert risks in the event of attacks on our IT infrastructure.

My psychotherapeutic practice can also statistically evaluate this data and information with the aim of increasing data protection and data security in the IT infrastructure. The data and information collected in this way is only processed for the purposes just mentioned and stored separately from all personal data provided by a data subject.

This website may contain links to websites of other providers. My psychotherapeutic practice has no influence on these websites, their content, offers or availability or the data protection declarations and provisions applicable there. It therefore rejects any liability.

The website of my psychotherapeutic practice contains certain information due to legal regulations (“Imprint obligation”), which enables quick electronic contact and direct communication, which also includes a general e-mail address.
